Specifications include, but are not limited to: The on-duty security officer shall be responsible for keeping the Property secure, which includes but is not limited to: • Protecting the life safety of all Building occupants; • Monitoring and controlling entry to the Property; • Preventing and minimizing fire, theft, damage, and trespass of the Property; • Investigating suspicious persons or incidents; • Immediately reporting any unusual incidents or hazardous conditions to the Property Manager; • Patrolling and conducting random roving checks of the Building and Property throughout the shift without taking away from the primary duty of monitoring the lobby, which must be secured while the assigned security officer is conducting the roving patrol checks; • Maintaining accountability of all sensitive items entrusted to Selected Respondent by ERS or tenants; • Maintaining a daily log for each shift; • Contacting Mitchell Time & Parking when assistance is needed with parking kiosks, garage gate arms, and issues in the parking garage; • Coordinating with Building vendors to ensure continuous business operations; and • Providing the Services in a professional manner. B.1.b. The on-duty security officer shall provide additional customer and tenant services as needed including, but not limited to, attending to After Hours visitors, assistance with loading dock access control, attending to parking garage users, and receiving tenant packages After Hours.
