The current space is approximately 1,510 square feet of unfinished space. The awarded vendor will be responsible for construction, finish out, and furnishing of the space prior to move-in. Awarded vendor is anticipated to be open and ready to begin offering services within ninety (90) days of lease signing. Awarded Health Service Provider must accept ERS HealthSelect of Texas health insurance, used by Texas state employees, as “In-Network” during the full term of the Lease Agreement. Possible uses or services to be provided by awarded Health Service Provider: Health Clinic Primary Care Walk-in Care Health Screening Wellness Checks Vaccinations Other healthcare services providing benefit and value to state employees and visitors.
