Specifications include, but are not limited to: B. Awarded vendors are solely responsible for requesting cases be docketed in the appropriate court. C. Awarded vendors are solely responsible for any grant writing and grant submissions for additional funding required to complete services under this agreement. D. Awarded vendors are solely responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with services providers needed to complete services under this agreement. Services are generally obtained by referring clients to governmental and non-profit organizations. Services that are typically provided to clients under the FDC include, but are not limited to, all of the following: 1. Housing assistance 2. Employment assistance 3. Educational assistance 4. Mental health services 5. Medical services 6 . Childcare assistance 7. Legal assistance E. Awarded vendors must provide testimony in court for FDC cases when requested.
