Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide time and material for on-site installation of new equipment for construction projects, and in addition, provide maintenance, and repair services of existing equipment for access control systems, intrusion, and video surveillance systems, associated hardware, software, and licenses relevant to TFC’s security environment. Contractor shall be able to support TFC’s current security environment which consist of Lenel/S2 for access controls and Milestone video management for video surveillance. Services shall include, but not be limited to: i. preventive maintenance; ii. troubleshooting; iii. repairing of components; iv. replacement of parts, associated hardware, software, and license; v. testing of equipment to demonstrate proper operation; vi. intrusion alarm installation, repair, and monitoring services; vii. badge printing equipment and supplies relevant to current security software environment; and viii. such other services as requested by TFC.
