Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 The contractor shall provide for a total of three (3) non-commissioned security officers. One security officer will be assigned to the entry desk located on the first floor of City Hall, Monday through Friday, 6 am to 6 pm. A second security officer will be assigned to the entry desk of the Pasadena Municipal Court, Monday through Friday 8 am through 4 pm. A third security officer shall serve as a floating relief person, responsible for providing coverage for the other two officers at anytime they are away from their post. One of these three security officers shall be designated as a team leader and point of contract for the security agency. This officer shall be responsible for notifications and communications with the City Marshal’s designated point of contact regarding security and coverage issues. 2.2 Security officers shall wear a full security uniform as approved by the City Marshal at all times when on duty. The uniform must ensure the officer is recognizable as security personnel. Additions (hats, jackets, etc.) that may detract from the uniform will not be worn unless approved by the City Marshal.
