All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Harris County is seeking qualified vendors to provide offense-specific services to sexually offending youth referred to the Harris County Juvenile Probation Department (HCJPD) beginning on or after September 1, 2023 and ending one (1) year thereafter. Services are to be performed at Community Unit Probation Services “CUPS” III, 101 South Richey Road, Houston, Texas 77506, or any other location designated by the HCJPD Executive Director, the Assistant Executive Director, the Director of Field Services, Director of Health Services, or their designee. Qualified vendors shall provide the basis for establishing unit costs, regardless of the source of funds utilized for payment of contracts entered during this period.
