Specifications include, but are not limited to: 16.3.1 Secure online, web-based, software-as-a-service, public library patron incident tracking reporting solutions, System shall allowed for the creation of online incident reports to assist in the management of disruptive patrons.16.3.2 Comprehensive set of data fields for collecting pertinent information.16.3.3 Automatic and customizable routing of notifications of incidents16.3.4 Complete set of standardized report of incidents, perpetrators, victims, and witnesses. Ability to create customized reports based on multiple criteria including infraction type, date range and perpetrator.16.3.5 Intuitive and user-friendly staff interface.16.3.6 Information entered must be easily searchable by keywords and data fields. Records must be retrievable and display on easy to use dashboards.
