Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Interim Operator scope shall include the following: A. Pro Shop / Golf Operations i. Provide a customer-friendly point of sale for merchandise and course access. ii. Service existing and new course round, cart, and other course operation reservations. B. Personnel / Financial i. Provide and supervise qualified personnel to fulfill all obligations under the interim service agreement. ii. Manage secure financial transaction accounting for all revenues and expenses resulting from Course operations. C. Agronomy / Maintenance i. Maintain the Course and grounds in as good or better conditions as exists at the time of stepping in as interim operator. ii. All work shall be produced in compliance with all current codes and regulations.
