Specifications include, but are not limited to: The HCPH desires both executive coaches and an executive leadership team builder to guide the development of agency’s executive leaders. The goal of HCPH is to build a cohesive and healthy team and evolve our leaders to a dynamic, highperforming team with a focus in these five (5) keys areas: 1) maximize potential, 2) set clear goals, 3) resolve underlying conflict, 4) learn how to effectively communicate with one another, and 5) create a positive, trusting, and supporting team culture. Coaching Sessions Goals The executive coach shall develop a coaching program that is geared to achieve the following results: • Optimize leadership performance • Effectively manage people • Increase the performance of the HCPH These coaching sessions shall be in-person, one on one (1:1) and target the following goals: emotional intelligence, accountability, trust, proactiveness, timeliness, active listening, development of staff and ownership of work. The coaching program for each leader shall be defined alongside with the Executive Director to accomplish specific targeted milestones that The Executive Director will provide feedback for the coach to use.
