TTU currently maintains various owned and leased facilities and infrastructure (collectively referred to herein as “Facilities”), both on and off campus, that require regular painting updates and paint-related projects (“Projects”). The Proposer(s) can service any or all locations considered under this RFP, and TTU may add or remove any Facilities from being covered under this RFP during the term of any resulting agreement(s). Proposer(s) shall coordinate Services with the TTU Operations Division and/or the requesting departments and provide a pricing schedule or quote, including a breakdown of the cost of labor and material. Labor and material shall be detailed and provided on individual quotes for requested projects, and the resulting master Contract from this RFP shall be referenced on each quote. Unless otherwise arranged, Services will take place during normal business hours unless approved in advance by TTU in writing. Normal business hours are defined as Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Projects can range from small touch-ups to larger-scale painting jobs, some of which may require creative or artistic design elements beyond standard finishes. Some Projects may require approval from TTU’s Office of Communication and Marketing for the use of colors and/or designs. TTU is seeking discounted and/or competitively priced Proposals for Services to be utilized for the duration of the Agreement term.
