Specifications include, but are not limited to: Marketing Develop, produce and evaluate a comprehensive marketing strategy to highlight LCRA Parks as a desirable destination for increased brand awareness and conversions. Strategy to include, but not limited to, email marketing, influencer marketing, experiential marketing, event marketing and digital marketing. Use research and market analysis to provide recommendations for target audiences and most effective media placement to reach identified audiences. As required, conduct new market research and analysis for future recommendations and strategy. Create, procure and place various advertising across multiple platforms (i.e. print, digital, out-of-home) with rate negotiations made directly with vendors Design and provide an array of creative assets using brand consistency to be used for LCRA Parks. Current creative assets may be used for future campaigns. Review metrics regularly and provide recommendations, as needed, to retarget and optimize. Implement and optimize a paid social media strategy that aligns with organic strategy developed in house. Ensure all messaging is consistent with LCRA Parks brand voice. Establish and cultivate relationships with external industry-related partners on behalf of LCRA Parks for potential co-op opportunities and exposure. Provide graphic design services, when needed, for special projects. Shoot, edit and produce high-quality photography and videography to showcase LCRA Parks amenities, services and events. Public Relations Provide public relations services to increase exposure of the brand. Develop an editorial calendar and targeted media list that aligns with LCRA Parks’ business objectives. Create media materials to appropriately pitch approved outlets or publications. Cultivate and maintain relationships with media, editors, content creators, etc. OTHER REQUIREMENTS Provide LCRA Parks a comprehensive summary report within a mutually agreed upon timeframe, including, but not limited to, services performed, creative produced, digital analytics, optimization and recommendations, budget allocations, earned media value, reach, etc. Utilize LCRA Parks marketing-reporting dashboard for campaign efficiency. Facilitate the transfer of creative assets, and creative accounts, within an agreed upon timeline. Supplier is expected to be available Monday-Friday during normal business hours of 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. CST. Supplier may be required to support LCRA Parks beyond these hours for special projects (i.e. photoshoots, FAM trips, event activations, digital campaigns).
