Specifications include, but are not limited to: Texas CASA seeks to contract with a vendor who will proof, edit, and design a guidebook forCASA volunteers about how to best advocate for infants and children up to ages five years old(0-5). The draft content for this guidebook is completed (currently 60 pages single spaced,21,000 words) and is ready to be proofed, edited, perhaps re-written in some areas, and thendesigned and put together into the final guidebook product that is print and digitally ready.Along with editing, proofing, potential writing, and design, the scope of work includes: •Making recommendations on content to be cut or reduced, written in a differentway, and/or a restructuring of the content for the learners and reader’s use/experience. •Working with Texas CASA and team to incorporate any approved revisions/recommendations. •Assisting with fact checking the content and sources, and identifying needed permissions and obtaining them for use of necessary included quotes, images, facts,etc.•Potential graphic design of images/charts to be included in the guidebook
