Specifications include, but are not limited to: All orders will be placed on an “as needed” basis only; no quantities are guaranteed. The city uses an estimated average of 400 gallons of Off-Road diesel fuel per month; an estimated average of 2,300 gallons of non-ethanol gasoline per month. These estimates fluctuate seasonally, meaning more in some months and less in others. The above usage estimates are strictly monthly averages. The Lake Jacksonville tank usage peaks in the summer months and drops off considerably in the winter months. Services will be requested on an as needed basis and City of Jacksonville does not guarantee a minimum value for any resulting master contract. The City of Jacksonville may award Contracts to multiple Contractors and no contract will be exclusive. FY21 Fuel Usage Gasoline: 27,338 gallons of unleaded Diesel: 4,200 gallons
