Vendor will be responsible for providing all supplies, equipment and labor to re-pave these lots with an asphalt paving. This project is to include removal of current pavement and hauling away all debris. Vendor will also be required to remove parking blocks and replace with new plastic parking blocks; as well as remove and replace post-mounted signs. Vendor is responsible for all permitting and for meeting City of Midland codes regarding paving of parking lots. Vendor will also be responsible for re-striping the parking spaces. Scope of work is as follows: Remove and replace 107,100 SF Price will include all materials, equipment and labor to complete Remove and off haul existing wheel stops. Remove and off haul existing signs. Remove and off haul existing asphalt. Prep existing flexible base as needed for new asphalt. Prime flexible base with MC-30. Provide and place 2” compacted type D asphalt with a PG binder of 64-22. Stripe new asphalt to match previous configuration with Sherwin Williams set fast or promar marking paint. Provide and place 34 yellow wheel stops. Provide and place 7 post-mounted ADA signs (2 will be van accessible). Provide and place 4 post-mounted “veteran parking” signs to match previous. Provide and place 1 post-mounted “employee parking” sign. Provide and place 1 post-mounted “wrong way” sign.
