Specifications include, but are not limited to: 7.2. Location Requirements: Location shall be within the State of Texas. Locations considered but are not limited to the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex, Houston area, Galveston, San Antonio area, and Corpus Christi. Locations within Travis County are excluded. Facility location and the time and cost associated with attendee’s travel may be a factor in determining best value. 7.3. The four (4) day and three (3) night event will be conducted between October 2022 and December 2022. 7.3.1. Excluding the weeks of Veterans Day- November 11, 2022, Thanksgiving- November 24, 2022, and Christmas- December 25,2022. 7.3.2. Preferred conference days: Monday – Thursday 7.3.3. Day 1: General Arrival / Check-in 7.3.4. Day 2: Opening / Awards Ceremony and Breakout Sessions 7.3.5. Day 3: Breakout Sessions 7.3.6. Day 4: Breakout Sessions / Checkout Day 7.4. Accommodation Requirements: Services shall include but are not limited to the following: 7.4.1. Estimated Room block: Room block can be for single occupancy. Specify type of rooms such as lodge, cabins, hotel style, etc., utilizing Exhibit B – Price List Options and Availability
