Repairs for seamless flooring in 35 patient exam rooms for Express Med located at the Robert B. Green Clinical Building. The area of work shall include, but not limited to: This project consists of repairs of seamless flooring in 35 exams room. The flooring manufacturer is American All Brite. If the floor is able to be cut and placed under the existing sheet rock then 4” rubber base is appropriate then that is the preferred route. If not then a section of the outer walls shall be cut out and seamed with new seamless floor with 4” rubber base. The project area is located at 903 W. Martin Street, San Antonio. Project shall be completed in 17 phases to maintain access to parking and the building. Some of the work shall be performed during afterhours (evenings, holidays, and weekends)
