Sources Sought Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17, is seeking sources for the following procurement: Ricoh Ephesoft Advanced Capture Software, 12 Month License; Ricoh Ephesoft Software, Installation; Software Services, Script Installation; Software Services, Project Management; Nintex/Foxtrot RPA License Bundle; Nintex/Foxtrot RPA Installation; PSIP Color Scanners, 2 Each; FI-7800 Scanners, 2 Each; Scanner Installation Services; Technical Solutions Services, 12 Months; Training Services. NCO 17 is seeking sources from firms that can provide these items/services. Firms that can provide these items/services are encouraged to respond to the sources sought notice by contacting the point of contact. Interested firms must respond to the POC before the closing date and time of the RFI to be considered. Interested firms must identify their company name and are encouraged to provide a capabilities statement (if readily available) with their response. This notice is NOT a formal request for quote or proposals. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The information in this notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the government. No contract will be awarded from this notice. Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement If no affirmative written response is received from this notice the government intends to award a negotiated firm-fixed price contract to Ricoh for the items and services described in this notice without any further notice. The authority permitting other than full and open competition for this action would be 41 USC 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
