Vehicle Requirements 1) Detailed specifications/breakdown 2) ADA wheelchair ramp/lift system 3) Air Conditioned 4) External outlets 5) Generator(s) – compartment stored 6) IT wired 7) Safety railings/handles 8) Fire extinguishers /Smoke detectors 9) Vehicle diagram, and/or Photos of similar-use vehicles 10) Security System 11) Warranty B. Interior Requirements - The interior (office/workstation) length and footprint should be sufficient to include the following: 1) Workstations 2) Workstation chairs 3) Appliance cabinet to include Microwave/small refrigerator 4) Closet and/or counterspace 5) LED Lighting 6) Lockable storage cabinets Note: Restroom facilities are not required. C. Audio/Video 1) Smart Board Monitor minimum 40” 2) Back-up camera system 3) Internal/External Audio system with amplifier 4) Multiple Internal/external displays 5) Satellite Connectivity for High-Speed Wi-Fi access 6) Equipment Rack 7) Control Board D. Preferred Features/Specs 1) RV-style mobile 2) Open cab/driver-passenger area, with inside entrance to office/workstation area 3) GVWR below state minimum requirement 4) Exterior graphics/wrap
