Specifications include, but are not limited to:. To maintain, repair and modify the Electronic Security Systems (“ESS”), and where necessary install new security equipment. To assure the ESS is in a secure and reliable condition at all times. To establish and implement an effective quality control program that results in continuous improvement and reliability of the ESS performance. To know the operational status and functional performance of the ESS at all times. To maintain Industry Best Practices and follow recognized standards in the development, maintenance and delivery of technical support services. Services. Company shall provide all labor, tools, equipment and machinery, parts and materials and transportation necessary to install, maintain and repair all CPS Energy security systems, on an as needed basis, and as requested by the CPS Energy Field Representative. The Services shall be performed pursuant to the Contractor Work Package as described in Section 3 below which will vary in nature and may include, but not be limited to, the following activities (the “Services”): Provide complete repair, modification and installation Services for existing and new Software House/American Dynamics equipment, automated access control systems, closed circuit television (“CCTV”), various security detection and initiating devices, perimeter detection, dedicated uninterruptible power supplies and batteries.
