Vendor to order, deliver and install equipment a complete operating water softening systems for the unit. Water softener will soften the incoming water for the entire building Install new water softeners building per plans. Instal new metal building shall be fully insulated and secured on the concrete pads per drawings. New building shall be all metal framing, roof, siding, and doors and frames. Remove existing wall attached to side of building add to the interior a double door. Install 4" new pipe using type L copper or schedule 80 PVC and insulate all hot water pipe from existing supply tap line to new building softener and run a return line same size to source pipe connection. Fasen every ~10' along building wall hanging or T-bars and when crossing (hallway fasten to celling) Limit number of 90-degree bends wherever possible. Where there are any dissimilar metals, install dielectric unions. Run new electrical wire and make all connections as required for a complete operating electrical system from a single phase 120V, 60HZ power source to a 24V transformer feeding the softeners. Add a fused disconnect panel to softeners. Add 2 LED (100-watt equivalent) lights inside new softener building. New electrical line and ridge Gl conduit can be run along the walls of new building to tie into the water softener controls and water heaters. Run Gl conduit 6 off floor. Install new softener system with MRG-1200-3, 1,200,000, 600 salt-lbs. 215, GPM, 300 GPM peak, brime tank, back wash 60 GPM. Install complete softener system piping with bypass manifold/header schedule 80 piping system. Install 1500-watt wall heater set at 60 degrees across from the resin tanks or on lowest setting and run new wire to new breaker in electrical panel. Vendor to relocate any gutters from roof to an area 2' away from the new building to a new French drain to the closest drain line. Startup the new equipment and make sure it is running per manufacturer's recommendations. Brand or manufacturer's references are descriptive only and indicate type and quality to be provided.
