The supplier shall furnish the following products and services: I. Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) The CAD system must enable dispatchers to manage calls for service, track unit availability, and coordinate real-time response. Features must include: a. Integrated GIS mapping for unit and incident tracking b. Real-time unit status monitoring and call history c. Configurable call types and priority levels d. Dispatch notifications to mobile users e. Audit logs for all dispatch activity f. Integrated reporting and analytics tools The system must support multi-jurisdictional or multi-campus environments, with role-based access control and the ability to segment data as needed. II. Records Management System (RMS) The RMS must serve as the authoritative repository for all law enforcement reports and activities. The system must provide: a. Master index for persons, vehicles, addresses, and organizations b. Incident and offense reports with narrative and attachments c. Arrest and booking reports (where applicable)
