Project scope of work is a 1,146 square foot office renovation on the second floor of the Wichita Falls Public Library. Scope of work for the base bid includes demolition of existing partition wall and doors and interior finishes. Provide new partition walls, doors and interior finishes as indicated on the drawings. The existing fire sprinkler system will be modified to include New Corridor #213, and modified to provide sufficient coverage in Office #210 & 212. Existing Mechanical systems will be modified. Existing Electrical power receptacles and data outlets will be modified by relocating and providing additional outlets. Existing Fire alarm system will be modified to include New Corridor #213 and modified in Office #210 & 212. Existing ceiling grid will remain, support main tees as required at New Corridor #213 and provide new perimeter trims at new partition walls. Existing Ceiling tiles will be removed and reinstalled, include 160 square foot of new ceiling tile (match existing) in base bid. Scope includes other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Carpet Replacement and additional floor base at new carpet areas will be submitted as an Add Alternate and excluded from the base bid.
