Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI), issues this Request for Proposals No. 454-15-10836 to qualified firms to provide research and analysis services to enable TDI’s, Division of Workers’ Compensation to better monitor the effects of legislative and administrative changes in light of legislative and administrative strategies of other states that contribute to better workers’ compensation outcomes, as described in this RFP. The purpose of this RFP is to obtain a proposal from a Respondent who can provide expert analysis and multi-state comparison studies as described in this RFP. This RFP is being advertised in accordance with §2155.067 of the Texas Government Code and only proposals conforming exactly to these specifications will be considered in determining an award. This RFP contains the instructions governing the requirements for a proposal to be submitted by interested Contractors, the format in which the proposal is to be submitted and the material to be included in the proposal, the requirements that must be met to be eligible for consideration, the method of selecting a Contractor, and the selected Contractor's duties and responsibilities. Respondents are cautioned to carefully read the terms and conditions and the attached specifications. Award will be based on Respondent's responses to these specifications. The failure to provide all of the required information with the RFP response may disqualify the response from consideration for award in connection with this transaction.
