Specifications include, but are not limited to: Successful bidder will provide an initial restorative cleaning which will require removal of caked on putrescible material, grease, oil & both the complete inside & outside of the truck which will include. 1.1-Chasis & frame rails 1.2-Engine Compartment 1.3-Undercarriage & underside of the truck body 1.4-General exterior 1.5-Inside of the truck body including the packer area 1.6-Wheels & axles 1.7-Loader arms 1.8-Any general area where dirt, grime & material may be located After restorative cleaning the successful bidder will provide periodic maintenance cleaning of the vehicle which will be less intensive than the restorative cleaning, but will include the same areas of the vehicle & will be conducted on an as-needed basis, as determined by the city. The successful bidder will be required to provide 1-A on-site driver with a state of Texas commercial driver’s license (CDL-B) to operate & move trucks 2-All equipment, materials & supplies necessary to perform the work 3-Commercial grade all clean or Ramteq 4000 psi heated, 5.2 gpm flow rate or greater pressure washer or equivalent 4-Soaps & Chemicals necessary to dissolve caked on putrescible waste, grease, oil & dirt without damaging wiring, hoses, painted surfaces, metals or electrical components 5-3 references from firms utilizing the bidder for heavy truck equipment cleaning
