Specifications include, but are not limited to:Contractor will provide the following Services to University: 5.4.1 State the minimum University discount (or discounts by category) from the Microsoft Academic list pricing (Microsoft Education Retail Pricing “ERP”) for the Microsoft academic Select Agreement and attach a copy of the Select pricing including both ERP and the proposed discounted pricing for all Select products. State minimum time period for the discounting (three years or if possible, more if Program is renewed). State whether Proposer agrees to improve discount from time to time and under what likely conditions Proposer would do so 5.4.2 State pricing for all media associated with CASA or Select agreements for University. Indicate any quantity discounts for bulk orders. If discount varies by item, then show by item. State typical order fulfillment times for media. If Proposer offers a download solution, then please describe and include your proposed pricing. 5.4.3 State whether Proposer is willing to permit the UT Campus Computer Store to directly order media for use on personal computers (e.g., student windows media, faculty/staff personal media, etc.) 5.4.4 State regular reporting, by University institution, of orders, the periodicity of such reports, how University will access such reports, and provide a sample. 5.4.5 In the event Proposer has multiple methods of providing University with Microsoft products (e.g., installed on equipment bought from Contractor) , state if Contactor will provide at all times, the best pricing for Program to University, and if not, why not
