Electronic Financial Subscription Services. The Respondent or Respondents selected shall provide S&P Capital IQ Pro Services, consisting of the S&P Capital IQ Platform which shall consist of in-depth data, proprietary news, and analytics on the banking industry, and allows data to be accessed via a web-based interface or an MS Excel Plug-in. The MS Excel Plug-in must allow for dynamic access to content sets available on the platform within MS Excel for the creation of custom formulas and rapid development of models. The platform should include access to a library of prebuilt models, reports, and charts. The platform must also include the following: • Searching and screening for individual banks by criteria using dynamic searchable content sets (i.e., assets, loans, ratios, branches, deposit market share, etc.). • Tracking interest rates on deposits, loans, and even rank bank by rates. • Viewing mortgage origination information and market share by bank, state, and county, showing funded loans originated, the number and amount by county, and loan type. • Retrieving detailed financial information on corporate bonds, mortgage-backed securities, and municipal bonds. • Benchmarking banks against algorithm-generated or user-input peers on performance, capital adequacy, asset quality, and other financial or operational metrics. • Accessing data-driven industry news and researching related to the banking industry. • Assessing environmental footprints and conducting climate scenario analysis.
