Specifications include, but are not limited to:It is the intent of the Texas Education Agency (TEA) to solicit proposals to provide Program Monitoring and Intervention Resources in accordance with all requirements stated herein all requirements stated herein and as specified in Section 1.5, Project Description and Requirements. Eligible proposers are entities that are knowledgeable of and have the ability to provide an extensive array of educational services, technical assistance and resource development including, but not limited to, leadership development, educational best practices, Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS), grants, student support services, student assessment system, data services, technology services, administrative services, and specific charter school support. The proposer must have program and technical staff available for immediate execution of the terms of the contract and staff must be equipped with knowledge and experience in programs monitored under the Performance-Based Monitoring (PBM) system, the Texas state accountability system and training and development for adult learners.
