The selected vendor (“Vendor”) will be responsible for capturing and delivering high-quality photography and videography content throughout the year related to the following themes: A. Content Highlight Categories 1. Community & Quality of Life o Families at city and community events, parks, trails, and public spaces (farmers markets, parades, festivals, etc.) o Downtown, local businesses, restaurants, and retail establishments o Recreation and leisure activities (sports, playgrounds, walking trails, water activities) o Public safety (police, fire community interactions at events) o Public works, utilities, and city staff participating in city events o Local workforce and small businesses at community events o Community amenities, facilities, and gathering spaces (ex: Main Plaza, Hill Country Mile etc…) o Footage highlighting Boerne’s role as a regional hub for visitors and commerce B.
