Specifications include, but are not limited to: Professional Staff Development/Program Improvement/Technical Assistance for Special Education Topics All services to be provided by vendor A.Are aligned with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and implementation of specially designed instruction. B.Are aligned with best practice special education services including topics regarding dyslexia, dysgraphia, inclusive services, emotional/behavioral, social skills, autism, transition, standards-based IEP and grading, related services, etc. C. The Provider guarantees: 1. All services shall be provided without charge to the parents, surrogates, guardians, or adult student(s). 2. Provider will maintain accurate documentation for services and provide FBISD Special Education assigned administrator with a copy of consultation/recommendation reports, program evaluation reports, and other documentation as required. 3. All providers will undergo a background check. All staff adhere to district and campus compliance guidelines. 4. Invoices will not exceed limit of the agreement
