Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work consist of converting the probate and court record requesting services to electronic kiosks in Bexar County Courthouse located at 100 Dolorosa Street. Additionally, four locations in the basement will be renovated to make more room for the kiosk units. This portion of the project includes the renovation of four public lobby transaction counters and associated access control and new doors. Lastly, the scope also includes the renovation of approximately 7,600 square feet of space in the Bexar County Archives Building basement located 126 W. Nueva Street, including new storage space for both the District and County Clerks. Professional services anticipated are architectural, mechanical/electrical/plumbing, information technology & others.
