Specific projects may be identified with requirements for building site improvement and renovations including, but not limited to: drainage corrections, pavement repairs, subsurface utility exploration or improvements, accessible route analysis and corrections, new building site boundary/topographic surveys, existing condition surveys, site development design and documentation, land surveys, analysis, reports, preliminary construction costs and time schedule estimates, contract administration, building site design, construction documents, detailed on-site inspection/observation and/or project studies on various projects as related to civil engineering and land surveying as the Prime Professional Service Provider. b) Scopes can include, but are not limited to: 1) detailed on-site surveys, review of existing documents, verify and validate items in existing reports. 2) presentation of findings to the Owner for review and approval; other scopes as may be necessary and that are traditionally performed by Civil Engineers and/or Land Surveyors. Each project will be assigned to a PSP which will provide the required professional disciplines with its own forces or qualified professionals subcontracted to the PSP.
