Consulting Firms selected from this RFQ may be contracted on an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) basis to perform one or more of the following services: Architectural design and consulting services; Civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering; Surveying and geotechnical services; Facility analysis, feasibility studies, and lifecycle cost assessments; Master planning and programming; Energy conservation, sustainability, and code compliance analysis; Construction administration and project close-out; Coordination with regulatory authorities (CoSA, Bexar County, SAWS, CPS Energy, etc.); Architectural / Engineering Design Review; Cost estimating and scheduling support; Facility commissioning and post-occupancy evaluations
