The City of Lake Jackson is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from interested and qualified consultants for Professional Architectural and Engineering Services who can adequately demonstrate they have the resources, experience, and qualifications to prepare all necessary documents for a construction manager at risk (CMAR) delivery method. The purpose of this solicitation is to select one to three qualified firms to work with the City of Lake Jackson to provide 30% design development plans for the Public Safety Improvements projects. At that point, the City will request qualifications from contractors to join the project team as a CMAR. The Professional Architect and Engineers will play a critical role in this CMAR selection, and they will then lead the project through 100% construction documents in partnership with the CMAR.
