Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will provide the following services to University: 5.3.1 A concept package to be developed around the themes and traditions of UT Arlington for the staging and production of the annual Distinguished Alumni Awards including, but not limited to, the creative treatments for the reception and banquet rooms as are befitting the select honorees. 5.3.2 Entertainment options for the evening as are fitting to the concept including utilization of UTA entertainers developed into the design. 5.3.3 Video and graphic design of the evening’s production including, but not limited to, backgrounds and bumpers. Designs will be established in conjunction with UTA Communications and Marketing Department.
