Specifications include, but are not limited to: NTMWD intends to create a shortlist of process control system integrators (PCSI), selected through this RFQ process, to participate in new projects at any of the NTMWD facilities. Also, the shortlisted firms shall be listed in the bid documents for Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) projects. The shortlisted firms may be asked to complete work that involves a variety of trades including, but not limited to: Instrument installation, instrument verification, instrument calibration, instrument repair (including identifying replacement equipment, generating bill of material lists, ordering equipment, and replacing equipment), troubleshooting loops, programming human-machine interface (HMI) servers / workstations, programming programmable logic controllers (PLCs), providing/configuring/installing telecom equipment (radios, etc.), programming operator interfaces, providing operational technology (OT) support services, including networking and cybersecurity, and occasionally providing information technology (IT) support functions.
