Specifications include, but are not limited to: One or more qualified Proposers to provide printing (“Services”) to include copying, printing, binding, graphic design, and delivery. 2.3.1. General 2.3.1.1. All Products resulting from the Services is subject to inspection and review by the ordering department and TTU reserves the right to reject any Products that, in the sole opinion of TTU, is unsatisfactory in appearance or is not in accordance with the instructions or specifications. In the event of rejected deliverables, the Proposer shall revise or perform the Services again without charging TTU an additional fee. In addition, if the Proposer does not comply with TTU Identity Guidelines, the Proposer shall reproduce the requested Services in compliance with those requirements. 2.3.1.2. The Proposer shall pack final Product for delivery in new cartons. Each carton shall be marked with the receiving address and Purchase Order number. 2.3.1.3. Proposer shall keep confidential any designs, drawings, pictures, blueprints, etc. provided by TTU for use in the performance of the Services. 2.3.2. Printing and Copying Services 2.3.2.1. All papers shall be rated brightness 80 (eighty) or higher; some jobs may require higher specification for brightness and opacity. If requested and approved by TTU in writing, the Proposer may use alternate paper specifications. 2.3.2.2. The Proposer must be able to accept multiple design file types to include, but not be limited to, .pdf, .ai, .eps, .png, and .jpg. 2.3.2.3. The successful Proposer shall provide PDF proofs for each Service requested under this RFP. Hard copy proofs may also be required depending on the complexity of the order. 2.3.3. Bindery Services 2.3.3.1. The Proposal shall include the Proposer’s complete list of bindery Services available. 2.3.3.2. Bindery Services include, but are not limited to, saddle stitching, plastic spiral binding, plastic comb binding, tape binding, perfect binding, corner stapling, 3-hole binding, folding, trimming, and cutting, and perforation and scoring.
