Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Spring Independent School District requests bids for the purpose of identifying vendors to provideprinting services for specialty materials required by departments during the 2014-15 school year. Emphasis will be placed on ability to provide graphic design, art work, layout, typesetting, and general print services. The types of specialty items covered by this bid include, but are not limited to, newsletters, posters, brochures, maps, presentation folders, multiple part forms, envelopes, and other material used to communicate information to promote the Districts image to various audiences. Materials that normally would not be provided by the vendor include teacher-student materials and continuous computer forms
