Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide maintenance per manufacturer's specifications, of all Phoenix Control’s critical room controls installed in Building 502 at TCID. Equipment in each room includes exhaust valves in two sizes, 8 inches and 12 inches. Model MAVA112L is a 12-inch supply valve with a low-speed actuator. Model EXVA 108L is an 8-inch exhaust valve with a low-speed actuator. There are 141 rooms. Contractor shall provide critical airflow control system inspection per manufacturer’s specifications. Dynamic Zone Testing Control: The Contractor shall test each dynamic room condition (Infectious Patient Mode, Healthy Patient Mode, and Vacant Mode) once per year, using the room verification sheet and verify that the room’s designed pressurization is maintained throughout each operating sequence. Pressure independent controls shall maintain the scheduled (designed) infectious occupied flow rates at the exhaust valves. Exhaust flow rates shall be variable in order to maintain a 0.2 W.G. (water gauge) negative pressure with respect to the anteroom. The results will be verified electronically by the installed Critical Room Control (CRC-RM) room differential pressure sensor and tested against a shortridge transmitter for any required calibrations of the CRC-RM sensor.
