Phase 2 Pre-Construction Support Services - Review 2007 CIP data & make recommendations for implementation of future CIP. - Conduct community engagement & communication coordination as part of bond election process. - Assist with information campaign for Bond Authorization. - Review/Develop procedures for: - Organizational Structure Management and Reporting - A/E and Design Related Services Coordination/Management - Controls Systems Schedule, Financial and Information Management - Procurement Management - Construction Management
