The required services to be provided are PracticeMatch Subscription Services. The PracticeMatch subcription provides a one-year subscription to the PracticeMatch physician sourcing platform, with an option for one renewal year. The PracticeMatch database is intended to support HHSC in recruiting and retaining qualified staff by providing a comprehensive platform encompassing job board functionality, physician databases, marketing tools, and applicant tracking capabilities. The vendor shall provide HHSC with access to the PracticeMatch subscription platform, which includes the following features: • Job Board: Functionality for posting and managing job openings. • PinPoint: Access to the Interviewed Physician Database. • MedTies: Access to the American Medical Association Database. • WorkTies: Access to the National Provider Identification Database. • Marketing Tools: Capabilities for executing email campaigns, text campaigns (exclusive), and creating call lists. • Applicant Tracking System (ATS): A built-in, customizable ATS for managing applicant data and the hiring process. User Access: Secured user sign-in credentials for authorized HHSC personnel. Training: User training on the PracticeMatch platform and its functionalities. The vendor shall respond to technical support inquiries within one business day. The vendor shall maintain the accuracy and currency of the data within the PracticeMatch databases to the best of their ability.
