Specifications include, but are not limited to: Develop an integrated strategic resource plan for LP&Ls future power supply. Services to be provided under this contract will include the following: Evaluation of existing load forecast. Evaluation of existing plants. Evaluation of 170 MW partial requirements agreement. Evaluation of future power supply options including but not limited to adding capacity to existing plants, construction of new plants, wind & solar options, new Southwest Power Pool market, other wholesale suppliers, etc. Identify and evaluate risks for each option. Evaluate existing infrastructure for possible upgrades associated with new power supply options including but not limited to natural gas supply infrastructure, transmission line capacity, best location for any new plant options, etc. Development of a time line for permitting, construction, etc., of any new resources.
