Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Clear and grubbing for 10 acres of all obstructions shown on the Drawings. 2. Remove miscellaneous obstructions to include, but not limited to, remains of structures, foundations, floor slabs, concrete, brick, lumber, plastic, septic tank drain fields, abandoned utility pipes or conduits, equipment, fences, and other items as shown on Drawings or as encountered on-site. 3. Remove vegetation and other landscape features not designated for preservation, miscellaneous stone, manholes, inlets, scrap iron, and debris, whether above or below ground. 4. Cut trees and remove stumps in its entirety for the entire property per the requirements of the Drawings and other related specification sections 5. All waste materials to be hauled off and disposed of off-site. all debris and vegetation from site. 6. Remove existing mulch, gravels, and miscellaneous non-native materials from a previous landuse at ground level from the entire site from a previous land-use. 7. Remove soil to the depth specified on the Drawings. After removing deleterious non-native soil materials and vegetation, existing native soils shall be stockpiled on-site as noted in the Drawings and as instructed in other related specification sections. 8. Rough grade site after site clearing and soil cover materials. 9. Provide and install hydromulch cover over the entire site. 10. Miscellaneous requirements of the Scope of Work not specifically noted herein.
