Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this bid is to secure services for provision of high quality portable toilet units, and cleaning/disinfectant services. Services are to include, complete waste removal, thorough cleaning, odor control and disinfecting of all portable toilet units, and portable restroom trailers, as requested by the City. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Delivery, Cleaning and Servicing: Portable toilet services are to be provided upon demand, or on a regular schedule as specified. For monthly units, complete servicing shall be done three (3) times weekly. Unless otherwise specified by the City, monthly rental servicing shall be done every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. All newly delivered units shall be in new or like-new condition, empty of waste and in a completely clean condition, inside and out. City owned, crowd pleaser restroom trailers units shall also be completely pumped of waste, cleaned, disinfected and deodorized upon request of the City. Commercial Industry standard disinfecting and odor control materials must also be universally utilized. MSDS information data for cleaning, disinfecting, and odor control materials are to be provided with bid. Each cleaning/service shall be consistently documented on site by means of a posting device provided by contractor, and approved by the City. Each log shall be affixed to the interior of each Portable toilet or restroom trailer unit, and shall contain the following information: 1) Date of cleaning service. 2) Time of cleaning service. 3) Initial of servicing technician
