Services and repairs will include, but are not limited to, the following categories for both preventative and break-down/repair needs: A. Lifeboat Maintenance and Repair Services: Vessel Moorings Vessel Beautification Vessel maintenance Vessel Equipment Maintenance Vessel Repair Vessel Engine Maintenance & Repair Vessel Equipment Outfitting Vessel Creature Comfort Vessel Annual Safety Inspection B. Davit Maintenance and Repair Services: Davit Beautification Davit Maintenance Davit Equipment Maintenance Davit General Repair Davit Engine Maintenance & Repair Davit Equipment Repair Davit Equipment Outfitting Davit Creature Comfort Davit Electrical Repair related to davit operation Davit Hydraulic cylinders, related hydraulic services Davit Annual Safety Inspection Davit Wire Rope replacement and/or installation Service Standards and Compliance Safety Compliance: All equipment and services must meet or exceed applicable federal and State of Texas safety, health, lighting, and noise standards in effect at the time of manufacture. Annual Inspections: The lifeboat and the davit each require an annual inspection, in addition to other maintenance and safety checks performed periodically by TAMUG. Warranty: For any goods, parts, or accessories supplied and purchased under this Agreement (e.g., Equipment Outfitting), the vendor shall provide a minimum one-year warranty, with prompt service expected under warranty.
