The department currently provides these jackets to all Police and Fare Enforcement Officers. To keep a uniformed look and consistency within the department, we want to keep providing the same brand, style and color: dark Navy with Hi-Vis yellow. VENDOR CUSTOMIZATION The vendor will ensure that both the jacket (9970V) and liner (4670) are customized with the following: 1. POLICE reflective lettering on the back; 2. DART Police Department patch sewn on the left and right shoulder; 3. DART Police Department badge sewn on the front left side 4. Only the Jacket 9970V will have the corresponding rank chevrons (Corporal or Sergeant) sewn onto the right and left arm sleeves, below the patch. The vendor will ensure that both the jacket (9870V) and liner (4665) are customized with the following: 1. FARE ENFORCEMENT reflective lettering on the back. 2.
