Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Killeen, Texas (“City”) is issuing this REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) to solicit interest from qualified entities licensed to practice in the areas of mental health services in the State of Texas, to provide a variety of psychological services for the Killeen Police Department. The preferred candidate will be able to create a team that will create and provide holistic support and crisis care for the Killeen Police Department for mental health and wellbeing. The City will select entities who demonstrate through their response to the RFQ an ability to provide the required professional services. An evaluation committee (“Committee”) will review the submitted qualifications. The Committee will evaluate all submissions and ultimately determine a final list of the most competent and qualified applicants. Based on these evaluations, the City may select the most competent and qualified applicant to negotiate a contract to provide the mental health services listed herein.
