Repair and replace water (PVC [polyvinyl chloride]Sch[schedule] 40/80, Copper, Ductile Iron, C-900) and sanitary sewer piping, (PVC, CPVC[Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride], galvanic pipe, copper tubing, SDR[standard dimension ratio] 26, Cast Iron/No Hub Bell and Spigot Underground Grade, PVC Sch 40/80 Drain Waste Vent and stainless-steel piping), storm sewer (RCP, SDR 26) and unclog sewer lines. Repair and replace gas lines, including excavation, if required. (backhoe services) Replacement and modification of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, domestic water, deionized water and R.O. watersystems. Including piping used for DI(deionized)/ RO (reverse osmosis) systems, Plastic Flex Tubing and LXT (Low-Extractable Piping) with glued fittings. Welding for pipefitting: Pipefitter must be certified to comply with ASME(American Society of Mechanical Engineers) Boiler Pressure Vessel Code. Remove and/or install faucets, shower diverters, tub shoes, shower bases, sink & tub drains, soldered copper pipe, cut and thread piping, remove and/or install soldered, threaded, Viega ProPress systems, remove and/or reinstall plastic PVC piping and fittings on an as needed basis, including emergency work and repairs. All plumbing work to comply with current UPC(Uniform Plumbing Code). Respondentshall use “no lead” solder to sweat joints and or to solder copper to copper.
