Specifications include, but are not limited to: various areas on 3 floors of the Tarrant County Plaza building. Each floor noted has specific work in a room or area as designated on the contract documents. There are critical secure areas designed with temporary secure measures required. Finishes will be specific to each area where remodeling is scheduled. Finishes will be in immediate areas of the work and not the entire spaces except where noted as an exception. General work includes finish modifications of ceilings walls and floors, Lighting, Electrical, Data and Security access control provisions. Minor fire sprinkler work is required. Other work includes removal of demountable partitions and rebuild of drywall partitions. Owner will maintain some demolished items as designated. All Work is restricted to the interior of the building and not site work is required.
