Aside from the specialty grant reports, these grant funds must also be reported in with the organization year reports (October to September) as part of the routine financial reporting, detail transactions, trial balance(with beginning balances based on the organization year) ,and budget vs actual reporting. Dealing with this thru the PROJECTS module is the least favorite approach. o lmplementation of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations in Azure Environment for a Public Sector client o Availability of support desk and willingness of vendor to provide development training and assistance in extensions to the software and report development in a training type environment while on line with Walker County. o Successful implementation of import of invoices, import of one-time vendors, import of payroll entries from a third party vendor and import ofjournal entries. o Successful implementation of security, roles, privileges, design of workspaces, and design of workflows. o Successful implementation of Outlook and maximizing use of email functionality within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations o lmplementing functionality where user has the same login for multiple purposes (their login is not different from what they currently use now and multiple logins are not required) o Availability and ability to meet the desired goJive dates
