Contractor shall plan, develop, and implement treatment protocols to treat, improve or maintain resident’s level of function or minimize risk. Contractor shall design and fabricates/oversees construction of seating, mobility, positioning, and other orthotic/assistive equipment. Contract shall review and analyze assessments, progress reports, monitoring data, incident reports, and medical consults to determine efficiency/impact on therapeutic services. Contractor shall participate in quality assurance and quality enhancement activities related to therapeutic services at the TSH and state level. Contractor shall design, direct, and oversee competency-based training program for both the residents and TSH staff. Contractor shall participate in a conference as requested by TSH for diagnosis and treatment planning. Contractor shall provide the services according to the work schedule as requested and agreed upon by the TSH Medical Director and the Contractor.
